4. TERMS, CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Terms & Conditions
- Agreement made before start of Hajj 2027 with Labaik Tours, LLC.
- 100% payment of selected package to be deposited at time of booking.
- Package price remains same; stay days in Makkah/Madinah may vary slightly.
- In case of currency depreciation, exchange rate difference on unpaid amount applies.
- For international travelers, airfare difference applies depending on sectors.
- Any new tax imposed by Ministry (KSA/PAK) or Airline will be charged.
- Company is not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage incurred during travel.
- Smart Phone is MANDATORY for every passenger.
- Hajj Booking form must be completed before booking.
Required Documents
- 📋 Valid Passport (valid till at least 16 Nov 2027).
- 📋 Copy of National ID / CNIC / Residence Card.
- 📋 2 Photographs with White Background (4 x 3 Cm, Ladies with scarf).
- 📋 CNIC / ID Copy for Next of Kin & Contact Number.
- 📋 Blood Group details.
